When you become a tenant of DWP Housing we will automatically register your mobile number to our SMS service, once you have signed your tenancy agreement you will receive a welcome text message.

The service will enable you to have basic access to information about your rent account and also request actions for our team to complete and advise of any repair dates.

Once you receive your welcome text message from us it is a good idea to save our new number 07494 094042 to your mobile phone.

BAL – to check the balance on your rent account
RENT – to receive a call back from our rent payment team
DD – to receive a call back to discuss our Direct Debit payment options available to you
