We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a “cookie” which would be stored on your browser. Credit Check


In order to process your application as a potential tenant we will supply some of your personal information to TransUnion International UK Limited, which is a credit reference agency providing services such as credit risk and affordability checking, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering, identity verification and tracing.


TransUnion will use your personal information to provide services to us and its other clients. We use their services in order to assess your creditworthiness, product suitability and to check your identity.
