What do our tenants have to say about us.

  • I can’t say anything but good things about this landlord. Even when stuff was difficult they gave me a chance…thanks Mike, Sally and the team. Even when I got into serious rent arrears you were able to help sort a payment plan. So much so I left with my full deposit which shocked us all. Keep doing good stuff and thanks for the chance.

    Isha | Bournemouth

  • We have rented with DWP for 6 months and have found the staff and personnel very courteous and helpful and efficient. Any minor problems were quickly sorted out by the maintenance team. In particular Michele, who has dealt with us continuously with a cheerful manner.

    Christopher Rose | Poole

  • Found the right place to suit my needs in no time! At the move in found few problems but these were addressed straight away and the team were consistently there checking up if everything is OK. Amazed at help; furniture, advice, paperwork was all done by DWP. Massive thank you to my agent Rachelle, Plumbers Danny and Scott, Electricians Rich and his dad and a big thank you to Laurence and Hannah.

    Daria Bennett | Aylesbury Road

  • After hearing so many bad reports about DWP I was very hesitant with going with yourselves. Everything I had heard was unfounded. Bex and Jo really looked after me well and are a real asset to DWP. All I wanted was to be treated how I like to be treated and I was. I am very happy!!

    Deborah | Boscombe

  • When we had nowhere to go and no chance of succeeding anywhere, DWP took us in. Ever since day one they have been fantastic. The guys on the desks at the front are amazing and have always been so approachable. Not once had a problem in our dealings with them. We appreciate all the help and if you are after a property they look after you. Thank you to the team!

    Sophie Cross | Boscombe

  • We were very impressed with the professionalism of the staff at DWP. Also very friendly and helpful. We mainly dealt with Bex, who showed us around the new apartments and helped us deal with all the paperwork etc. She was always ready and happy to answer any questions we had.

Mr and Mrs Savill | Calendula Place

  • My wife and I have been tenants for nearly nine years and are very happy in our apartment. During that time any issues have been dealt with speedily, efficiently and to our entire satisfaction. We can thoroughly recommend DWP to any perspective tenants.

    A Kellett | Wallisdown

  • We are tenants with DWP Housing and are very happy with the service provided and have recently had some work done by the maintenance team we were extremely happy with Roy Duff who couldn’t do enough for us.

    Allana Sykes | Parkstone

  • Danny was brilliant. So friendly and worked well. He is a credit to your team. Thank you.

    Sally | Bournemouth

  • Can I just say a huge thanks to Michele and team for the help and support helping me moving back down from up north even going the extra mile and letting me move in on a weekend after the office hours, it just shows the service I got was above the duty and so glad to become a tenant of DWP.
