What do our tenants have to say about us.

  • DWP have always been extremely helpful and fantastic landlords. I have recommended them to several people. Any problems with a room or a house are dealt with quickly and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

    Natasha | Boscombe

  • DWP found me a property really quickly, much less than I was paying in private sector. Staff very polite and helpful, so grateful.

    Pauline Kulik | Poole

  • This is my third move the first two were with private landlords this is the first time I’ve been treated as a person and not just someone renting. I cannot stress enough how excellent a team you have and I would highly recommend you.

  • When we had nowhere to go and no chance of succeeding anywhere, DWP took us in. Ever since day one they have been fantastic. The guys on the desks at the front are amazing and have always been so approachable. Not once had a problem in our dealings with them. We appreciate all the help and if you are after a property they look after you. Thank you to the team!

    Sophie Cross | Boscombe

  • We were very impressed with the professionalism of the staff at DWP. Also very friendly and helpful. We mainly dealt with Bex, who showed us around the new apartments and helped us deal with all the paperwork etc. She was always ready and happy to answer any questions we had.

Mr and Mrs Savill | Calendula Place

  • Very friendly staff, excellent customer service.

    Mohamed | Bournemouth

  • Just to Holla a message of my thanks for the recent refurb of the shared bathroom at my place in Borthwick Rd, Boscombe….Speaking as a high-end painter n decorator myself, its good to see all concerned delivering a very professional finish. My thanks to the lads who done it and to DWP for investing into the well being and comfort of your tenants. This for me is where the ‘social housing’ end of the market meets the posher end and bridges important gaps.

    Mat | Boscombe

  • Hi, I would like you to add to your testimonials a few words from me. I have been a Tenant for more than six years and would like to say thanks from my heart for the chance I got to keep my flat when I was in a bad situation due to an injury etc.I have been helped in many ways by Dave Wells properties and their wonderfull staff and got myself back on track. Thanks Michelle for rushing to my aid when I came out of hospital. All the negative things I’ve heard about Dave Wells properties is not true if you respect them and your property you will have a wonderful experience.

  • Very good and I would like to say a big thank you to Michelle and all at DWP Housing for my lovely home with new bathroom, carpets, flooring and all new paintwork not forgetting the pretty net curtains!
