Approximate costs for our services are outlined on this page.

Our busy maintenance department provides a number of services, however, it is important to remember that some property maintenance issues are the tenant’s responsibility and may be charged accordingly.

WHAT TO DO IF YOU ARE LOCKED OUT OF YOUR PROPERTY:

  • If you are locked out during office hours (Monday to Friday 8am – 5.30pm / Saturday 9am – 1pm) and need a key replacement you can pick one up from the office for £2 per key – PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL NEED TO SHOW ID.
  • Outside of office hours you will need to use a Locksmith our recommendation for this service is: Lynx Locks. Tel. 01202 525926 Mobile. 07866 116482. Available 24 hours.

Below is a scale of approximate charges:

  • Should a member of the maintenance team arrive at a property following a pre-arranged visit and they are unable to gain access, you will be charged a call out fee – from £25
  • Minor electrical work – from £35 ph + parts
  • Clear blocked drain – from £35
  • Clear blocked WC, sink, basin or bath – from £35
  • Clear blocked gully – from £35
  • Replace door furniture – from £70
  • Renew internal door – from £125
  • Renew external door (flat door) – from £350
  • Renew external door (main front door) – from £750 UPVC / £500 Wooden
  • Renew wash hand basin – from £125
  • Renew waste fittings – from £35
  • Renew bath – from £400
  • Renew WC – from £100
  • Renew WC and cistern – from £175
  • Glazed tiles – from £35 ph + parts
  • Internal cupboard door catches, handles and hinges – from £35
  • Electrical faults arising from the use of faulty appliances – from £35
  • New Euro/Mortice/Rim/Yale lock – from £35
  • New garage lock and handle – from £70
  • New lock for meter security box – from £35 (£25 call out and £10 for each lock)
  • To fix lock on meter security box – from £25
  • Meter security box replacement – from £55

Vacating Charges

  • Full Re-decoration (Walls, Ceiling & Woodwork) – from £175 per room

    • Small room – from £110

  • Clean & Clear
    • Morning’s worth of clearance – from £75
    • Half day’s worth of clearance – from £150
    • Full day of clearance – from £300
  • Specialist clearance – from £250

Maintenance

We employ a full-time team of experienced and qualified staff who are available for a number of services.

Reporting an Issue

It is the tenant’s responsibility to promptly report any repairs or maintenance.

Vehicle Charging

Do not use domestic sockets for Electric Vehicle Charging, this is a fire hazard and very dangerous.
