Everything you need under one roof, ultimately, we want our tenants to be happy in their homes!
Moving home can be a costly affair, so we aim to keep the costs down by offering the lowest admin fees in the area.
We have rented with DWP for 6 months and have found the staff and personnel very courteous and helpful and efficient. Any minor problems were quickly sorted out by the maintenance team. In particular Michele, who has dealt with us continuously with a cheerful manner.

Been in our property coming up 2 years, we received a lovely flat newly decorated. We were first time tenants, the annual sprinkle system, or gas checking and hall cleaning were made systematically. Staff have always been very kind and helpful. We have enjoyed living here.
My experience they were always very, very good. One lady – Michele Field she was always; very professional and helpful. Many times she resolved any problems with a smile, she was never angry. We would recommend DWP Housing Partnership and Michele, because in our opinion she is the best! The right person, in the right place. Professional and human!
Very good and I would like to say a big thank you to Michelle and all at DWP Housing for my lovely home with new bathroom, carpets, flooring and all new paintwork not forgetting the pretty net curtains!
